About the Event
Join a certified pediatric Yoga Instructor, for monthly yoga sessions. Children will improve listening and attending skills, recognize and regulate emotions, learn yoga poses and flow, practice breathing and calming techniques, engage in sensory integration and social interactions, and have fun!
