The Collaborative Community Mission (CCM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2019. CCM is committed to providing consistent programming (at a free or low cost), an ongoing support system, and an active community of advocacy and education in a fully-inclusive environment. CCM proudly embraces children with special needs, their families, and their peers providing access to resources that will support development and growth.
